These terms apply to your use of bigjetpilots.com (the "site"), operated by Big Jet Pilots LLC ("Big Jet Pilots", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

Information only; no offer or contract

The site describes the contract pilot services we coordinate. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a guarantee of crew availability. Any engagement is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which controls over anything on this site.

Operational control

We supply qualified crew members. The aircraft owner or operator keeps operational control of every flight and remains responsible for the aircraft, its airworthiness, required authorizations and insurance.

Submitting a request

When you submit a request by web form or phone, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to request crew support for the aircraft and mission described. Submitting a request does not create an obligation on either side.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no unlawful use, automated scraping, unsolicited marketing through our forms or phone line, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Trademarks

Boeing, 737, 757, 767 and BBJ are trademarks of The Boeing Company and are used only to describe aircraft types. Big Jet Pilots is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Boeing Company.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
